Molten Product Gravity Filler (FM 2000) ALP Molten Product Gravity Filling machines provide an accurate and versatile method for filling thin molten liquids at elevated temperatures into a wide range of containers. The temperature within the machine is fully adjustable using independent multi- zone heat controllers and dual air circulation fans. The fully insulated, stainless steel filler cabinet contains specially designed, temperature- controlled antifoam nozzles. The fill heads are adjustable to accommodate a wide range of container sizes. Accurate and consistent filling is achieved using PLC controlled bottle movement and fill control.
