Tightener Features:
Heavy duty 304 Stainless steel welded C frame for easy mounting in existing conveyors.
Heavy duty linear carriage system for height adjustability. All shafts and threaded rods manufactured in 304 stainless steel. Heavy duty casters standard. No change parts needed for a wide range of containers. Front and back covers with safety interlock standard. Top driven to insure no product spillage into drive assembly. Fully adjustable from 1 inch to 14 inch high containers. (Optional electrical height adjustment).
Capping discs features:
Available configuration of 4, 6 and 8 capping discs. Independent spring loaded capping discs for better torque and mis-alignment forgiveness. Adjustability of torque while the machine is running. Clutches located away from capping discs to avoid corrosion.
Heavy duty gear driven mechanism, no belts used for power transmission. Mechanical or pneumatic clutches available. Adjustable speed ½ Hp 3 phase for 4 and 6 capping discs, 1 Hp 3 phase 8 capping discs. Optional separate motor for first capping disc set opposite rotation direction. Most bearings protected by seals. Capping assembly manufactured in 316L stainless steel. All parts manufactured in stainless steel or strong FDA approved plastic materials. Independent front or back capping discs adjustability. Adjustability of capping discs position while the machine is running without opening the safety covers. Fully adjustable for caps from 8 mm to 130 mm.
Bottle belts features:
Bottle belts width adjusted through front knobs. Bottle belts height adjusted via front knobs.
Heavy duty gear driven mechanism, no belts used for power transmission. Adjustable speed heavy duty 1 Hp, 3 phase motor gearbox. Each belt has additional independent width adjustability to be able to hold the container in different widths. Double belt with independent height adjustability (Optional). Independent spring loaded capping discs for better torque and mis-alignment forgiveness. Bottle belts angle adjustability for tapered bottles.

208 – 240 Volts, Single phase, 50/60Hz, 15 Amps.
